Elisa Saunalahti broadband is available at addresses listed on the bottom of this page.
In VOAS sites that have fibre optics cabling the broadband subscription is Elisa Saunalahti Kotikuitu (Ethernet). The basic broadband speed is 100/10M, without any separate monthly fees. You can start using the 100/10M connection simply by plugging your computer into the data socket in your apartment.
We recommend that you register your subscription even though you plan using only the basic connection. By registering you are able to start using receive support for your broadband connection as we can offer technical support only for registered subscriptions. Upon registering, you may order additional speed options for your subscription or other services, as the Elisa Viihde -app.
When moving out of the apartment connected to VOAS Network, you are required to terminate your registration or subscription. Simultaneously, you can order a new broadband subscription to your new address and transfer your current services to the new subscription.

I have connection problems.
When having connection problems, first reboot all devices that are using the connection. Check all cables and connectors. If the connection does not work at the first place, try using both ATK/DATA and PUH sockets as they may be cross connected.
Make sure you are using a straight through ethernet cable instead of a cross over cable. You can check the type of your cable by comparing the connectors on both ends of the cable. The colours of the wires should be in the same order on both connectors of the cable. If the colours are not in the same order, you have a cross over cable and it should be replaced.
