By returning the devices, you can ensure that they are recycled correctly or reused where possible.
Place the set-top box, remote control, power cable, network and HDMI cables in an appropriate box or shipping bag. In case you do not have an appropriate box or shipping bag at hand, you can order a return bag by calling Elisa’s customer service 010 190 240, mobile network charge/local call charge (open Mon to Fri, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm).
Alternatively, you can also return the devices to an Elisa shop (FI).
If you return the devices via Posti or Matkahuolto, please write the below address on the parcel and take the parcel to a Posti or Matkahuolto location near you. The return is entirely free of charge for you.

If you have the Elisa Viihde Premium service, the devices delivered with the service must be returned to Elisa upon termination of the agreement, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the service. A 45 euro fee will be charged for unreturned Elisa Viihde Premium devices, in accordance with our price list.
