If the cancellation concerns only the appliance and the appliance is in perfect working order and in a saleable condition, you do not need to notify us separately. In this case, you can send the cancellation form below and the device back within 28 days of receipt of the device. If you discover any damage to the packaging or if the device is no longer saleable, please see the section on compensation for loss of value or service charges following use of the device and service for more information.
1. Fill in the cancellation form:

2. Carefully pack the device and all its accessories in their original packaging. Put the sales package together with the cancellation form in a separate package, e.g. in a cardboard box. Do not make any entries on the sales packaging or affix the return sticker directly to it. After packing, proceed as follows:

If you return your parcels via a Posti parcel machine, you can get the code you need to use the machine from the Posti website.

Return via Budbee
If your order has been delivered by Budbee, you can choose to return it via Budbee. Select your order in the Budbee app or from the tracking link and click "Book a return". Follow the instructions you see. You don't need to write an address on the package or print a return label, the Budbee driver will always have it ready when he picks up your package from your doorstep or from the Budbee Box machine of your choice.
3. Take the parcel to a Posti or Matkahuolto pick-up point, a Post or Budbee parcel machine, or deliver it from your doorstep to a Budbee driver of your choice. The return is free of charge. Please note that the parcel cannot be returned to an Elisa store.
4. Keep the return receipt you receive until we have notified you that your return has been processed.
5. Refund of payment:
- Have you already received your bill? Don't worry, you don't need to contact us. We'll automatically credit your invoice while we process your refund. You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation and the refund by SMS.
- Did you already pay for the product when you ordered? If you paid for your device online, request a refund by indicating the cancellation in the OmaElisa order view or by filling in the device refund form. We will refund you once the device returns to our warehouse. We will confirm by SMS when the refund has been processed.
6. We will notify you when the device has been returned to us and any invoice has been credited or your payment refunded.
If the device you ordered has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order in OmaElisa.
