We have gathered here instructions on how to check internet and MMS settings on your phone. Check your settings if you are having trouble using internet or sending MMS. Our SIM cards withhold the correct internet and MMS settings, so they are usually automatically right when you start using your new phone.
You can easily adjust your phone settings with the help of our illustrated manuals. If you speak Finnish or prefer using illustrated instructions, go here and start by selecting your phone model. We provide instructions for the most common device models.
If you have made changes to the settings or if your Android phone doesn't have the correct internet settings by default, you can enter the correct settings according to the following instructions. Please note that the menus might be different in each phone and Android version.
Open Settings > Wireless and Network settings / Connections > (More)> Mobile Networks > Access Point Names

Adding a new Access point
At the top of the page, or possibly in a menu if your phone has a menu button, press the plus sign or ADD to bring up the "Edit access point" screen. Internet and MMS settings both need to have their own Access Points.

If you receive a pop up window saying Could not activate cellular data network on your iPad, you do not have the correct internet settings on your device. You can enter the correct settings as follows:

You need MMS settings for sending multimedia messages, ie. messages with pictures.
