If you have made changes to the settings or if your Android phone doesn't have the correct internet settings by default, you can enter the correct settings according to the following instructions. Please note that the menus might be different in each phone and Android version.
Open Settings > Wireless and Network settings / Connections > (More)> Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
If you have entered the correct settings but the internet connection is still not working, activate dataroaming. Please note that while abroad, dataroaming might cause you extra charges. |
Adding a new Access point
At the top of the page, or possibly in a menu if your phone has a menu button, press the plus sign or ADD to bring up the "Edit access point" screen. Internet and MMS settings both need to have their own Access Points.
