    • Elisa Tietoturva is a Finnish cybersecurity service powered by F‑Secure, protecting devices on Android, iOS, Windows and macOS.
    • It includes device security, safe browsing, fraud and identity protection, password management, expert support, data recovery and insurance coverage.
    • Four service levels are available, ranging from a starter package to complete coverage.

    • Elisa Viihde is a service that allows you to watch 30+ TV channels (e.g. BBC, CNN, NHK Japan), record an unlimited number of shows, access your own subscription streaming services and enjoy Elisa Viihde Originals (Finnish series and films) on all your devices, anytime and anywhere.

What documents do you need?

To get monthly billed phone or internet connection or any services in Finland, you need:

  • A valid Finnish personal identity code (temporary or test codes are not accepted)
  • A permanent address in Finland verified in the population register

If you have lived in Finland for less than two years, you need to pay a deposit (e.g. €100). The same limitations apply to everyone who has recently moved to Finland and and does not yet have any services with us.
