Before submitting the form please note:
- Restart the phone and if possible, also remove the battery.
- In case the phone doesn't start, charge the phone for at least 5 minutes and try again.
- The new device can be delivered to a location where there is someone during office hours. We recommend the lobby or front desk of your company.
