Elisa Etuohjelma has three tiers: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Every tier has a wide range of benefits, but the higher your tier, the better benefits you get.
As an Elisa Etuohjelma member, you earn tier points based on the duration of your customer relationship with Elisa and the monthly billing of your service and subscription agreements.
The duration of your relationship is measured by the length of your continuous, monthly billed subscription or service agreements. You get ten tier points from the first moment you are an Elisa customer. After that, you get ten tier points every year for the first five years, and then ten tier points every two years until you’ve been a customer for 11 years.

You’ll also get Elisa Etuohjelma tier points based on your monthly billing. This includes your monthly billed subscription and service agreements. Device purchases and credit purchase agreements are not taken into account. You will receive ten tier points for every €10 of monthly billing up to €200.

Elisa Etuohjelma consists of three tiers. You reach the Silver tier if you are an Elisa private customer and have a monthly billed service or subscription agreement. You move up to the Gold tier if you have earned 140 tier points or more. You, on the other hand, achieve the Platinum tier when you have 220 tier points or more.
The number of tier points you earn affect your tier in Elisa Etuohjelma. You can see your level when you join Elisa Etuohjelma and log in to OmaElisa. By signing up, you’ll get immediate access to all the benefits included in your Etuohjelma tier.
