As an Elisa Etuohjelma member, you enjoy a wide range of benefits. The longer you’ve been a customer and the more services you have with Elisa, the better the benefits. Membership is free of charge.
Elisa Etuohjelma has three tiers: Silver, Gold and Platinum. All three tiers let you enjoy a wide range of benefits.
As a member of Elisa Etuohjelma, you earn tier points based on the duration of your Elisa customer relationship and the services you have with Elisa. You start earning tier points from the beginning of your agreement and accumulate new points based on your monthly billing.
The number of tier points you have earned affects your tier in the benefits program. By joining Elisa Etuohjelma, you can immediately start using all the benefits associated with your tier in the benefits program.
From the first day of your Elisa customer relationship
You can use the benefits easily in OmaElisa. The higher your Elisa Etuohjelma tier, the more benefits you’ll enjoy.
Elisa Etuohjelma has three tiers. You can move from one tier to the next by remaining an Elisa customer, purchasing new services or upgrading existing agreements.
Elisa Etuohjelma and its wide range of benefits are aimed at Elisa's consumer customers. You can enjoy the benefits of Elisa Etuohjelma when you have a service or subscription agreement from Elisa billed monthly (e.g. a phone or broadband subscription, Elisa Viihde, Elisa Tietoturva or similar). Corporate customer relationships, individual device purchases, movie rentals or purchases on credit alone do not count towards monthly billing and do not qualify you for Elisa Etuohjelma benefits.
