Cancelling a mobile subscription
- Log in to OmaElisa using your Elisa ID (email address).
- On the left, click on the subscription you want to cancel (or to which the additional services you want to cancel are connected to).
- In the boxes at the top of the page, click on the Agreement box.
- Under the subscription to be cancelled, click Terminate an agreement or an additional service.
Note that it is not possible to retain the number of a subscription after cancellation. Before cancelling a subscription we recommend that you check whether there is a better subscription for you in our selection (FI). You can change Elisa Saunalahti subscription type free of charge every six months.
Cancelling additional services
You can cancel many Elisa Saunalahti phone subscription additional services, such as mobile broadband, text message packages, balance services, the AlleEuronPäivät additional service or the voicemail services in OmaElisa. The cancellation of these additional services is done by following the instructions above.
If you cannot cross the agreement you wish to terminate off the list, then it is not possible to cancel the agreement using the web self service. In this case, contact our customer service.
