If you do not have online banking codes, we can create an Elisa ID for you in Elisa shops. |
Follow these steps:
Next you will be able to enter a new password and change your Elisa ID if you want to. Note! The password must be at least 8 characters long. If the password is too short the “Save” button will not work.
The email address you use as your Elisa ID must be verified for data security reasons. If you get a notification in OmaElisa about an unverified email address
Tip: If you do not receive the verification link by email, check that the email address that functions as your Elisa ID is the email address you actually use. If the email address used as an Elisa ID is incorrect or spelled wrong, you can change it in the "Elisa ID - username" section. In practice you cannot use as an ID an email address that you do not have access to.
I have not received an authentication request on my phone even though I use the Elisa Mobile Certificate. What do I do?
Follow these steps:
If your phone screen is locked, it is possible that the authentication requests are not coming through. When you're doing the authentication, make sure your phone screensaver is not on. |
The mobile certificate does not work on a computer, or the certification request code I see in my browser does not match the one that has been sent to my phone?
Cancel the code request on your phone and computer. After that, turn your phone off and then turn it on again.
Or:
Make a new request in about five minutes’ time, when the earlier requests have expired in the system.

If, after starting to use two-factor authentication, you cannot for some reason read text messages from the subscription connected to it, contact our customer service. |
