Here we have gathered some instructions on cancellations for various Elisa's services and subscriptions. Cancelling most contracts and services can be done in OmaElisa. The notice period is 14 days.
Cancelling a mobile subscription
You can also cancel a mobile subscription by contacting our customer service or visiting an Elisa store (FI).
Note that it is not possible to retain the number of a subscription after cancellation. Before cancelling a subscription we recommend that you check whether there is a better subscription for you in our selection (FI).
Cancelling additional services
You can cancel many Elisa Saunalahti phone subscription additional services, such as text message packages, balance services, the AlleEuronPäivät additional service or the voicemail services in OmaElisa. The cancellation of these additional services is done by following the instructions above.
|If you cannot cross the agreement you wish to terminate off the list, then it is not possible to cancel the agreement using the web self service. In this case, contact our customer service.|
You can also cancel a broadband subscription by contacting our customer service or visiting an Elisa store (FI).
|Note that when you move house we can set up a new broadband connection for you in your new address!|
Cancelling Elisa Viihde (with a set top box)
You can also cancel Elisa Viihde by contacting our customer service or visiting an Elisa store (FI).
|Note that we can transfer Elisa Viihde to your new address for free when you move house.|
If the subscription you are cancelling is a fixed term agreement, we will invoice you for the monthly amounts due, as per the agreement, until the end of the fixed term. If we cannot connect a broadband subscription to your new address when you move house, you can cancel the subscription with a two-week notice period.
Cancelling Elisa Viihde Mini (phone/ tablet/ smart tv)
You can cancel the Elisa Viihde Mini and streaming services (e.g. Elisa Viihde Viaplay, HBO Nordic, SF Kids) at elisaviihde.fi/tilaukset (FI).
Cancelling Elisa Viihde channel packages and streaming services
You can cancel the pay-tv channel packages and streaming services, that are part of Elisa Viihde, by visiting elisaviihde.fi/tilaukset (FI).
You can cancel Elisa Kanavakortti pay-tv channel packages by going to elisaviihde.fi (FI).
Elisa Kanavakortti card itself can be cancelled by contacting our customer service.
You can cancel Elisa Pilvilinna, Elisa Turvapaketti, Elisa Identiteettisuoja, Freedome VPN in OmaElisa. Choose service or product and after that click Contract terms and prices > Terminate the agreement.
SquareTrade service can be cancelled in OmaElisa's Devices-page.
Elisa Mobile Authentication will stop working automatically when the subscription for which it was activated is cancelled. You can also cancel Elisa Mobile Authentication by contacting our customer service or visiting an Elisa store (FI).
You can cancel your Elisa Kirja monthly subscription at any time through the Elisa Kirja service.

You can terminate Elisa Kodin Tietoturva by contacting our customer service. The service has a 14-day cancellation period.
