Enter your ID (your email address works as your Elisa ID) and password (at least 8 characters long) and click Login.
Logging in with a mobile phone (Elisa Mobile ID)
If you have an Elisa Saunalahti mobile phone subscription which does not yet have a mobile certificate, you can also use your mobile phone to log in as long you have already created an Elisa ID and started using phone authentication. We guide you towards getting started with phone authentication when you create your Elisa ID in the first place.
Authenticate using your online banking codes or a mobile certificate.
After authentication, start using your Elisa ID:
Enter your email address as your Elisa ID. Later on a confirmation message will be sent to this address for your approval.
Your password must contain at least 8 characters. If the password is too short the “Save” button will not work.
If you already had an ID, you can change the ID and the password at this stage, if you want to.
After saving you will get an email asking you to confirm your email address as your Elisa ID. In the email there is a link which you need to click in order to make the verification. After verification you can start using OmaElisa.
If you do not have online banking codes, we can create an Elisa ID for you in Elisa shops.
I have forgotten my password, how can I get a new one?
You will receive instructions on how to restore your password either by text message or by email.
If you chose instructions by text message, a one-off password will be sent to your phone within a few minutes. If you did not receive a one-off password, authenticate yourself with your online banking codes.
If you chose instructions by email, a password recovery link will be sent to your email address.
Next you will be able to enter a new password and change your Elisa ID if you want to. Note! The password must be at least 8 characters long. If the password is too short the “Save” button will not work.
OmaElisa says that my email address is unverified. What do I need to do?
The email address you use as your Elisa ID must be verified for data security reasons. If you get a notification in OmaElisa about an unverified email address
Order a new verification link to your email in the My Information tab, through the IDs section.
You will get an email asking you to confirm your email address as your Elisa ID. In the email there is a link which you need to click in order to make the verification.
Tip: If you do not receive the verification link by email, check that the email address that functions as your Elisa ID is the email address you actually use. If the email address used as an Elisa ID is incorrect or spelled wrong, you can change it in the "Elisa ID - username" section. In practice you cannot use as an ID an email address that you do not have access to.
I'm having trouble with logging in with a mobile certificate?
I have not received an authentication request on my phone even though I use the Elisa Mobile Certificate. What do I do?
In OmaElisa you can start managing your subscriptions and services by navigating in the grey menu on the left. In addition, in the My Information tab you can check your contact details and choose your service language. In the My Offers (FI) tab you can see web store deals offered especially for you.
In OmaElisa you can (this list is sorted by subject):
Authenticate yourself using your online banking codes or a mobile certificate.
After authentication you can change your Elisa ID email address and phone number.
You can also change your Elisa ID in OmaElisa: go to My Information > IDs > Username.
How to make logging in to OmaElisa more secure
In OmaElisa you can start using two-factor authentication, making logging in even more secure. When logging in and using two-factor authentication, you will be asked for your password and a one-off authentication code sent to your phone.
How to get started with two-factor authentication:
Log in to OmaElisa. In the menu on the left, choose My Information and then the IDs tab. Scroll down to Two-factor authentication and then click Enable.
The first one-off code will be sent to your phone when you start using the authentication. After you set up two-factor authentication, you will be asked for a new code every time you log in to OmaElisa (alternatively, you can choose to "remember this device for 30 days”), as well as if you decide to stop using two-factor authentication.
If, after starting to use two-factor authentication, you cannot for some reason read text messages from the subscription connected to it, contact our customer service.
