Tips for invoice delivery types

• OmaElisa-invoice is a new data-secure and free invoice delivery method.
• We will send a text message to the phone number of your choice when the invoice is created. The message directs you to OmaElisa to view and pay the invoice.

OmaElisa-invoice can be changed as follows:

1. Log in to OmaElisa.
2. Choose Invoices.
3. In the top bar, choose Invoice delivery method.
4. Press Edit and choose and select the preferred delivery method. Press Save.
   
   

• SMS-invoice is a free invoice delivery method.
• All payment information related to the invoice (reference number, amount, due date, bank account number) will be sent via text message to the phone number you have requested.
• You can pay the invoice with bank credentials through OmaElisa or by entering the invoice information into your online bank.

SMS-invoice can be changed as follows:

1. Log in to OmaElisa.
2. Choose Invoices.
3. In the top bar, choose Invoice delivery method.
4. Press Edit and choose and select the preferred delivery method. Press Save.
   
   

• E-invoice is an environmentally friendly, secure and free invoice delivery method.
• The invoice is delivered directly to your online bank and the information needed for paying the invoice is automatically correct, which prevents typing errors.

E-invoice can be changed as follows:

1. You can activate e-invoices in your online banking service.
   
2. Take down your invoice reference number and customer number, you will need them when concluding an e-invoice contract.
   
3. Log in to your online bank and follow your bank's instructions on how to set up an e-invoice.
4. Several banks offer the option of using an e-invoice when paying the invoice. In this case, follow the instructions of your online bank.

• The price of an e-mail invoice is 0,99 euros per sent invoice.
  
• An e-mail invoice is sent to the e-mail address you have indicated, and the invoice corresponding to the paper invoice is delivered as a PDF-attachment with the message.
• In OmaElisa, you can choose a free text message notification in addition to the e-mail invoice, in which case you will not only receive an e-mail when the invoice is created, but also a notification via text message.
  
• You can pay the invoice with bank credentials through OmaElisa or by entering the invoice information into your online bank.

Email invoice can be changed as follows:

1. Log in to OmaElisa.
2. Choose Invoices.
3. In the top bar, choose Invoice delivery method.
4. Press Edit and choose and select the preferred delivery method. Press Save.
   
   
Changing the invoice delivery method through OmaElisa is free of charge, through our customer service the change costs 12,99 euros.

• The price of a paper invoice is 4,90 euros per sent invoice.
  
• A paper invoice will be sent by post to the address you provided.
• You can pay the invoice with bank credentials through OmaElisa or by entering the invoice information into your online bank.

Paper invoice can be changed as follows:

1. Log in to OmaElisa.
2. Choose Invoices.
3. In the top bar, choose Invoice delivery method.
4. Press Edit and choose and select the preferred delivery method. Press Save.
   
   

• You can choose direct payment as the delivery method for your invoices by entering into a direct payment agreement with your own bank.
• Once you have made the direct payment agreement effective at your own bank, you can choose the invoice notification delivery method that suits you best from OmaElisa:
  

Direct payment can be changed as follows:

1. You can select direct payment by making a direct payment agreement with your bank. It can also be made in most online banking services.
2. Take down your invoice reference number and customer number, you will need them when concluding an direct payment contract.
   
3. Log in to your online bank and follow your bank's instructions on how to set up an direct payment.
4. In direct payment, the invoice is delivered directly to your online bank and the amount of the invoice is automatically debited from the account on the due date.

• Company e-invoice is a free delivery method that is only available for companies!
• This invoice delivery method is an environmentally friendly and data-secure method.
• The invoice is sent, processed and received in a digital form.
  

Company e-invoice can be changed as follows:


1. Go to page elisa.fi/yrityksen-verkkolaskun-lisays/ (page is only in finnish!)
2. Fill out the form carefully so that the assignment can be processed without delay.

Company e-invoice cannot be switched on from OmaElisa, so switching to it is free of charge both through the form and  through our customer service.
